Sweet Iced-Tea and a Parfait

I've discovered there are more layers to building a small business-online e-commerce store than a parfait. Sometimes the redundancies can get indescribably irritating, driving me to the point of tossing it all up, closing half of my gazillion 'Help Me' opened browser tabs and screaming “Good Grief” out loud!

My solution – A Parfait and Sweet Iced-Tea.

As a very young child I was trained to be the helper and even now, I struggle in asking for help. However, I'm learning how important reaching out can be. Too often I've been so frustrated, I've thrown up my hands, clicked the mouse button, asking myself 'what's the worst than can happen' (a solution that should be considered with great caution so it kinda defeats the point of just 'winging it). Then again, You just never know, sometimes it helps to just let things be. Who knew some of those funky 60s bands with their groovy styles and challenging song lyrics could be so wise??

One thing I do know for certain, I am truly and indescribably grateful for all my earth angels- those who have secretly helped and those who have been beyond patient, kind and always encouraging; always willing to offer understanding and comfort, even after I clicked the mouse one too many times-causing the desktop screen to flicker a bit, taking three hours of work with it into the nether regions of cyberspace as it mockingly beeped at me a few times before completely shutting down.

Note to self: Sometimes things get overwhelming. Don't give up on yourself or your adventure, let some things just be as they are, be mindful, careful, thoughtful and calm before you click. And be thankful for sweet iced-tea!

Currently, I'm not loving the insane learning curves or the redundancies so much - yet this journey has fully morphed into magnificently beautiful blessings of love, laughter, light and joy !!!

And then the Holiday Season is lurking just around the corner...LOL!!!
